Lucifer is a live action series airing from January 2016 to May 2018 on Fox. It is based on the comics series Lucifer written by Mike Carey. The series focuses on Lucifer, who, in his boredom, decides to abandon Hell to run a nightclub in Los Angeles. Fox cancelled the series after three seasons. However, it was picked up by Netflix for a fourth season.[1]
