History

Lucius Fox, Jr. served as the vice president of Wayne Enterprises until he was fired by Derek Powers. In response, he founded a rival company named Foxteca. After Bruce Wayne took back control of his company, which he renamed Wayne Incorporated, Lucius agreed to merge his company with Wayne's.
