Lugania is the only country on Earth where Ectobane trees grow.
History
Ectobane has mystic properties, to which Evil is vulnerable. In 1940, the Spectre magically harvested a number of Ectobane trees, shaped them into boards, built from them a coffin, and used it to capture an extremely dangerous evil spirit, Zor. This paralyzed the ancient malefactor, whom the Spectre then banished to the depths of the Universe.
