Luke O'Brian is the son of Plastic Man and his ex-wife Angel, a young metahuman who inherited elasticity power similar to his father. He is also known as Offspring.
History
Luke thought that his father, Plastic Man left him purposely while he was young, but after letting his father describe the situation that he was stuck in a form of an egg for years until Mister Terrific freed him in Dark Nights: Metal. Luke understood Eel's situation back then and joined The Terrifics as a backup member to be closer to his father.

- Offspring was created by Mark Waid and Frank Quitely, first appearing in The Kingdom: Offspring #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Offspring first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in The Terrifics #11 by Jeff Lemire and Viktor Bogdanovic.
