Unlike her counterpart from Earth-1, Tess Luthor was kept by her father.
History
However, this didn't change the fact that she was an illegitimate child and Lionel eventually disowned her. Tess became romantically involved with her adoptive brother, Clark Luthor, whom she planned to escape to another Earth with. When Clark Kent was sent to her universe, she tried to help him, but was caught and arrested by her father. It's unknown if she died, when Earth-2 was destroyed.

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Smallville and is an adaptation of Lena Luthor. The original character was created by Jerry Siegel and Kurt Schaffenberger and first appeared in Superman's Girl Friend, Lois Lane #23.
- Tess Luthor was portrayed by Cassidy Freeman, who also portrayed Tess Mercer of Earth-1.
