Lieutenant Barker was assigned to investigate the explosion on a cruiser and it's only survivor and Amnesia suffering Frank Verrano.

History

She discovered there was no Verrano among the 247 passengers, or any records of him for that matter. Verrano escaped and was put on the terrorist-list when it was clear he knew where a second bomb was hidden. She was later released of the case by the FBI.
