Synopsis for "To the Death"

Imperator and Helspont argue and fight as Desmond looks on helplessly bio-linked to the Planet-Shaper. In the core chamber, Majestic and Javen duke it out. Majestic manages to free Savant and distract Javen long enough for her to sneak up behind him and decapitate the Shaper. Majestic leaves Savant to care for Zealot, but not before telling her to ask Zealot who her father is. Zealot tells her that it is Majestic. Majestic flies to stop Imperator and Helspont from claiming the Planet Engine, but Imperator manages to kill the Daemonite Lord before he gets there.

Majestic tries to deactivate the AI Seed, but Imperator knocks him down and reveals he is on Earth to claim the device for House Khull, so that his family will be able to control the Kheran Pantheon. He overwrites the command codes of the Planet Engine and orders it to detach. Majestic tries valiantly to stop him but is beaten down once again. Imperator mocks the High Lord as he snaps the would-be hero's neck. The Planet Shaper continues to detach but an error occurs which causes a chain reaction that destroys it and the entire planet Earth.
