The Maldita Toxicohedron is a two-headed telepathic plant that wants plants to rule over the Earth instead of humans.
History
The Maldita Toxicohedron attempted to take over the Earth when it was delivered to Phineas Burton's hothouse by telepathically threatening to kill Burton unless he gave the Maldita Toxicohedron large quantities of Calcium and Nitrogen to increase the growth of the plant. Due to Burton not having enough money for the Calcium or Nitrogen, the Maldita Toxicohedron helped him steal them by passing its power onto a Darlingtonia which attacked the Industrial Trust Company. The Flash stopped a victim from being eaten by the Darlingtonia and used an axe to chop down the roots of the plant.
In the succeeding days the Maldita Toxicohedron went on a crime spree, including robbing a jewel store, robbing and choking a man and gassing a crowd with flower nectar. The Maldita Toxicohedron forced Burton to hire him henchmen and with them organized the destruction of the Good Time Clock Factory by placing a Fraxinella in the factory and lighting a match. The Flash threw the wooden clocks in the factory at the henchmen, and ran through the factory at such high speeds that the winds created by his speed put out the fire. The Flash located the hothouse of Phineas Burton and used the roots of the Maldita Toxicohedron to tie the plant up in its own roots.

- Power Distribution: The Maldita Toxicohedron is able to share its telepathic powers onto other plants, and allows them to mutate to grow rapidly.
- Telepathy: The Maldita Toxicohedron is able to telepathically communicate with humans.
