Synopsis for "Losers Weepers"

Manhunter, wearing specially designed armor, flies to the exchange place where Gary of SCSC is collecting an alien ship from Jeremy Heep. Manhunter wonders who all is after the ship. Margot Wister and Maxon, who is wearing battle armor, represent LexCorp and are following in an airplane. Russian agent Zastrow follows in a car but maintains radio contact with Rocket Red #8. Checkmate Knight Garrett checks in as well. David Challoner calls Manhunter telling something strange has happened to Gary's tracking implant and he's packing equipment in his car and meet Manhunter there as well. David uploads Gary's coordinates into Manhunter's armor. He arrives and sees the giant ship/robot. He decides to go for Jeremy first but Maxon tackles him destroying Manhunter's armor. Manhunter bailed out just in time. Rocket Red #8 intercepts Maxon. The Yakuza arrive around Jeremy and Gary but the Checkmate Knight attacks the Yakuza. Jeremy activates the alien robot which reports it needs a bioform to proceed. Since it can't find its primary bioform it chooses the closest alternative, Jeremy Heep. It beams him into its body and initiates a "pacification" program.

Synopsis for "Loose End"

Sylvia is working in the Traffic Department ten days before her probation ends. Lt. Best visits and expresses his displeasure with her replacement. He meets Homicide Detective Koechner whom Sylvia previously aided by tracking down an expired registration. Best reveals he has an Australian postcard from Mark Shaw to deliver but after witnessing Koechner's demeaning nature, Best promoises to intervene to shorten Sylvia's probation. Sylvia angrily confronts him telling him she's going to tough it out like he asked and suggests his response is due to guilt and a concern for his reputation. Impressed, Best leaves and Sylvia, after digging up Mark Shaw's file, pitches the postcard.
