Manny Gabris was a crooked GCPD detective and a member of the Red Hood Gang.

History

After Red Hood One's apparent death at Ace Chemical Processing Plant, Commissioner McLeod took over the gang, filling it with corrupt police officers. Gabris was the second in command, known as Red Hood Two. McLeod switched the gang's focus from big and elaborate heists to smaller, safer and more profitable.

Six months after the Ace Chemical robbery Red Hood One returned, transformed into the Joker. Gabris had a major drug bust in the works so McLeod decided to have the Red Hood Gang rob the precinct just after he brought the drugs in and steal both the cocaine and other valuable evidence from other cases. Gabris was supposed to allow time for McLeod to get out of the police station but he jumped the gun. At the same time, the Joker attacked the precinct. Manny and some of the other fled with the loot but McLeod stayed behind to kill Jim Gordon, who knew they were Red Hoods. The Joker kidnapped Gabris as he was getting away and tortured him to death.
