Charma is an enemy of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
History
A former citizen of Turabeau and survivor of the pain plague that wiped out a significant amount of the population, including her mother, a diplomat of the United Planets, Mara was left jealous of Lyle Norg for his ability with chemistry and jealous of his ability to turn invisible. Wishing to replicate it, she experimented with chemistry, ending up with the ability to use pheromones to control men. She tried to steal the formula for invisibility by controlling Jacques Foccart, having him drink the serum for invisibility to test it before trying it herself, only for it to be trapped. Evicted from the Black Hole EarthGov facility, Mara's body developed extremely quickly to that of a woman in her twenties, despite being still that of a teenager. She realized that she had gotten all that she wanted by gaining power for herself, and decided to take whatever she wanted by force. However, as she rose to power, she began to have an effect on economies, causing her actions to fall under the jurisdiction of the Legion of Super-Heroes, ultimately leading her to be caught and arrested by Lyle Norg while he was protected from her pheromones by his Legion Space Suit's self-controlled atmosphere.
