Marauder was an enemy of Aquaman.

History

Marauder was a cyborg mercenary who once fought Aquaman in Sub Diego during an attempt to plunder nuclear warheads from a sunken U.S. Navy base and resell on the black market. Marauder was defeated in battle and taken into custody.

Task Force X drafted Marauder into the Suicide Squad. He soon joined in Wade Eiling's attempt to overthrow Amanda Waller and those in the Squad still loyal to her. Marauder almost killed Deadshot but only to be obliterated by Captain Boomerang's explosive boomerangs.
