Sergeant Perez is a guard at the Cinque Foundation Rehabilitative Center.
History
She carries a large knife strapped to her ankle, which she used to stab resident Anna Chang after breaking up a fight.[1] She was subsequently taken hostage by Catwoman using the same knife,[2] which led to a general riot.[3]
