Marion Winston is Amy Winston's adoptive mother, who is actually Princess Amethyst of Gemworld.
History
She and her husband Herb Winston knew Amy's origin and supported her in her double life between Earth and Gemworld, even though they felt as concerned about her safety as any parents would.
Notes
- Marion Winston was created by Dan Mishkin, Gary Cohn, and Ernie Colon, first appearing in Amethyst, Princess of Gemworld #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Marion Winston first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Amethyst (Volume 4) #1 by Amy Reeder.
