Mark Mardon (DCAU)

Mark Mardon was a Central City extortionist who had multiple run-ins with the Flash. After his brother Ben completed a weather control device, he planned his biggest caper: threatening to freeze the entire world if his demands were not met. He was brought down by the united strength of Superman and Flash.

Weather Wizard later joined the Superman Revenge Squad and the Legion of Doom; he sided with Grodd in the Legion mutiny, and was killed when Darkseid blew up the spaceship.

This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the DC Animated Universe and is an adaptation of Mark Mardon/The Weather Wizard. The original character was created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino and first appeared in The Flash #110.
The Weather Wizard was voiced by Miguel Ferrer for the animated series Superman. Corey Burton took over the role for the series Justice League and Justice League Unlimited.
