Weather Wizard is among the Rogues confronted by members of the Justice League in order to find the whereabouts of Mirror Master.

History

During the fifth year of Superman's Regime, Weather Wizard and the other Rogues were contacted by Batman to join the Insurgency.

Weather Wizard was burned to a crisp on a mission against the Regime by Bizarro's heat vision after calling the monster a "fake Superman".

Powers and Abilities

Powers

• Weather Manipulation: The ability to localize weather, creating hail, lightning, and other destructive forms of weather. Weather Wizard originally wielded a wand that enabled him to control weather patterns. Weather Wizard has used it to produce blizzards, summon lightning bolts, fly using air currents, produce fog and generate winds. Essentially Weather Wizard can produce any type of weather pattern imaginable, as well as other phenomenon such as tornadoes.
