Marlus Randone was a young man living in Portland, Oregon.
History
He self-published a super-hero magazine called Save Us!. During a small crisis, his town's entire population was temporarily held refugee by the Justice League in their watchtower. Staying on as a stowaway, he kept hidden and observed their living conditions for several days as a reporter.[1]
