Marsha, Queen of Diamonds was an enemy of Batman who was obsessed with diamonds.
History
At some point, Marsha disappeared from the public eye, seemingly ending her criminal career.
During Riddler's reminiscencing about the past, he mentioned Marsha as one of the villains who had disappeared in recent years, along with Book Worm, Egg Head and King Tut, and expressed visible sadness, wondering where they went.[1]

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the comic book stories considered to be set on New Earth. It is an adaptation of Marsha, Queen of Diamonds. The original character was created by William Dozier, James B. Clark, and Stanford Sherman and first appeared in the episode "Marsha, Queen of Diamonds" of the series Batman.
