Synopsis for "High Crimes and Misdemeanors"

The Justice League of America arrived in Z'onn Z'orr after receiving an emergency call from there while they were at their Watchtower. The Justice League encountered a badly beaten Jemm, Son of Saturn and learned through his memories that "Martian Manhunter" had beaten him. Although Huntress declared that Martian Manhunter must be brought to justice, Aquaman doubted that the Martian was truly responsible. Wonder Woman took Jemm back to the Watchtower while Aquaman, Huntress, and Steel were teleported to an area resembling Mars.

Meanwhile, Cameron Chase updated Mister Bones on Martian Manhunter. Aquaman, Huntress, and Steel saw a pyramid with Martian technology and inside, they found failed genetic experiments that appeared to be human. Steel found "Martian Manhunter" in another room, experimenting on a man named Colfax before killing him. "Martian Manhunter" claimed that he was recreating Mars before Huntress shot an arrow at him and the Martian declared that he was going to kill the three heroes. While fighting him, the Justice League destroyed his lab before he fled and vowed revenge.

The three heroes escaped the lab, as "Martian Manhunter" saw that his plan was working, which was to cause the real Martian Manhunter's teammates to hate him before he could kill him.
