Maryam Luqman was a young student attending a predominantly white university, enduring multiple incidents of harassment from her peers, including a conflict that resulted in unknowingly ingesting Green Light.
History
She was expelled on the suspicion of doing drugs on campus and collected by the A.S.A., where she was repeatedly interviewed and monitored.[1]
While in the facility, she engages with Dr. Lynn Stewart on her deteriorating condition. During a trial to use her powers, Maryam unexpectedly collapsed, being transported back to the office.[2]

- Invisibility: Maryam described her powers as being able to "blend into the environment." During a trial with Lynn Stewart, she changed her physical appearance to different projections on a wall.[2]
