Synopsis for Bulletman the Flying Detective: "Bulletman the Flying Detective and The Invisible Killer!"
Lt. Kent is consulting Jim Barr about the death of a Mr. Whippe and he brings Susan Kent along to the Whippe House. He reports there that the coroner said he died of heart failure. His stepbrother, Mr. Cord, says he’d always had a weak heart, but the elderly handyman, Amos, says that it was murder! He heard someone shouting “Hands up! This is the end!” and two shots, which Lt. Kent points out doesn’t add up. Further, Mr. Cord points out that the door was locked from the inside and both he and Amos had to break it down and the window was locked as well. Jim opens the window and Susan notes there’s ample dust and hasn’t been opened in a while. Jim sees there’s no footprints from anyone who would’ve left the house. Jim says he believes Amos, though it doesn’t make sense yet. Soon after, Jim asks Amos if there was anyone who’d want to kill him and Amos says that Crazy Jackson, the inventor threatened him after getting in a fight with him five years ago. They find that it’s the house of one Carl Jackson, who has a barbed-wire fence charged with electricity, so they change into the Bullets to fire in through one of his open windows. They find his inventions look like a normal projector and a normal record-player, which turns on to play the same noise that Amos heard. Jackson runs upstairs with a gun, but sees it’s the Bullets and ducks at the right moment, sending them rocketing down the stairs. Jackson accidentally runs into his own electric fence and dies. They off-load the movie machine and projector. That night, Mr. Cord is in Mr. Whippe’s room when he sees a hooded man holding a gun and the noise that Amos heard and panics, dropping his pipe and setting up a ladder to remove some evidence from a tree and the Bullets arrest him. Later, he admits that he killed his stepbrother using the inventions together to scare him. Lt. Kent smirks to the Bullets and tells them he’ll have to apologize to Jim and Susan too; they had the same theory as Bulletman and Bulletgirl!

Synopsis for Capt. Marvel, Jr. "Revenge of the Beasts!!"
On Saturday night at the railroad terminal, Freddy Freeman is peddling papers when he meets an old friend, Bill Morton, who offers he should go on a vacation or at least come with him to a party hosted by Prof. Ransom, a big game hunter. They take a train out to meet him as Bill describes Prof. Ransom as an honorable and sporting hunter. Prof. Ransom’s driver soon arrives to pick them up and drive them past his Ransom’s menagerie of wild animals on his property. Ransom soon meets them and reminds Bill of how Bill shot a leopard in 1938 Congo that he’d missed and how good they’re friends. However, Ransom expresses anguish that he’s a big game hunter, but he’s also coming perpetually in second place. Freddy and Bill later discuss how perhaps Ransom has become bitter over time. Freddy becomes suspicious and gets worried that there’s a large stuffed gorilla in his room, but more so when he finds it’s alive. He calls CAPTAIN MARVEL to become Captain Marvel, Jr. and throws the gorilla out the window. He hears shouts from another room and finds he has to whip a live tiger into the wall to stop it from attacking Bill. He races out and finds an unconscious woman as the gorilla returns and two lions enter the corridor. Junior swings off of a light fixture and carries her out to Ransom’s laboratory, where he finds Ransom is using hypnotism to control the animals. Junior whips a flask of water into his eyes and his control over the animals breaks, making them turn on him and eat him. Bill later thanks Freddy for coming with him. The woman from before runs in and says she found his diary which explained everything and he was eaten by his own animals. His diary explains that he’s crazy and wanted to hunt all the hunter he thought were better than him. Freddy smiles, saying he must’ve slept through the excitement.

Synopsis for Radar the International Policeman: "Mein Kampf - Post-War Version"
An evil German-American named Fritz Kraut has read Mein Kampf so much that he now sees the failures of the Hitler administration and decides that he wasn't hard enough on his enemies, by pitting English-speaking and French-speaking Canadians against one another about a murder, only for Radar to prove that the bullets came from a German Luger. He warns that Fascists want to divide people by simplistic differences like a language barrier and when both sides pay into Fascism, both sides lose!
