Synopsis for Captain Marvel, Jr.: "Captain Marvel Jr. Battles the Blockmen"

Test pilot Perry Porter tries out a new plane he's devised, but go so fast he suddenly vanishes from sight. Freddy, who'd been watching, transforms and flies out to see what happened. Junior follows the plane's trajectory and matches its speed, then also suddenly disappears.

He finds himself somewhere with geometrically shaped topiary, and being pulled toward a strange tower by a terrific force. Inside he finds Porter's plane, and Porter's captors: strange men who resembled pieced-together wooden figurines. Junior tries to fight his way free, but even smashed to bits, the strange creatures live. Since they won't talk to their attacker, Junior changes back to Freddy to try to get some answers, but doing so only leaves him vulnerable to being bopped unconscious by one of the returning guards. Freddy's brought before the king of the Blockmen, who explains that soon their dimensions will be close enough for the Blockmen to invade. Having ascertained their intentions, Freddy transforms and attacks. With the Blockmen in disarray, he flies off to rescue Porter, and sabotage the machine the Blockmen were planning to use to cross over. As soon as Junior and Porter hit maximum speed, they're transported back to Earth, and the Blockmen's chance to invade has passed.
