Cyclone is the spiritual successor of the original Red Tornado.

History

When she was six years old, Maxine Hunkel was kidnapped and injected with nanobots. Her life went back to normal until the nanobots activated and gave her aerokinetic abilities. At nineteen, she decided to follow in her grandmother's legacy and became a superhero. Under the codename Cyclone, she joined the Justice Society of America.
