Mazahs is the Earth 3 version of Lex Luthor and their equivalent of Shazam. Similar to the past incarnations of Alexander Luthor, Sr., Mazahs stylized himself a hero, but was actually just as corrupt as his enemies in the Crime Syndicate. He had an affair with Superwoman and was the father of her son. Alexander was ultimately killed by the Lex Luthor of Earth 0. Following Death Metal, he was rebooted into a form much more reminiscent of his previous heroic versions.
The Mazahs identity of Lex Luthor was created by Geoff Johns and David Finch, first appearing in Forever Evil #6 (2014).
