Mazikeen of the Lilim, commonly known as Maze, was one of the children of Lilith and a demon who fled Hell with her master Lucifer Morningstar. In Earth, Maze became a bartender at Lux, a bounty hunter in Los Angeles, and eventually married the original human Eve.

Mazikeen was born in Hell to the demon queen Lilith, who abandoned her when she was still young. Maze was then raised to torture the souls of the damned, learning all types of martial arts and gaining demonic daggers capable of even hurting angels. She had two rocks instead of toys when she was little and committed her first murder at a young age. In Hell, Mazikeen became an devoted ally to Lucifer's and the torturer of his mother, the Goddess of all creation, who had also been condemned to Hell. There, Maze also tortured Abel and several serial killers such as Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, and Jeffrey Dahmer.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Life on Earth

At some point, before she left Hell, John Constantine did her some kind of favor that he would one day expect to collect.[7]

When Lucifer left Hell, Maze cut off his wings and helped him establish the nightclub Lux located in Los Angeles. After five years, Maze had grown bored and wanted Lucifer and her to return to Hell. With Lucifer so adamant about staying, Maze grew frustrated with his mentality and worried over his growing mortality.
