Meanstreak was a member of the New Extremists and the Overmaster's Cadre.

History

'Meanstreak certainly lived up to her name, reveling in chaos, suffering and destruction in any form. Although her activities after the defeat of the Overmaster are mostly unrecorded, she was among the many villains transported to Salvation.
