Meihui Lan was the wife of Doctor Thirteen and the mother of Traci Thirteen.

History

She had an unstable ability to see into the future, which allowed her to predict a tsunami that would wipe over the family's house caused by the Amazon/Atlantean war. Meihui told Traci to teleport herself and her father to safety, which she followed. Traci's magic wasn't strong enough to save her mother or her younger brothers, causing Doctor Thirteen to become very cold towards her as he sought a way to end the war.
