History
The menticizers are basic neural-psychic learner devices used by Rannians to teach their young how to speak and articulate various languages from early infancy. The process of their workings remain a mystery but the space hero Adam Strange was smart enough to know how to fashion it into a mental scrambler that can protect from telepathic intrusion against the En'Taran's once they invaded.
