History

Mashup stole Merge's power gauntlets from the Central City Police Department Evidence Room during the Crime Syndicate's attack on the world.

Merge was later seen in an Iron Heights cell with Mashup, Mogul and Squall. Merge, Mogul and Squall were all getting ready to fight Mashup in revenge for him framing them of crimes.
