A notorious gangster in Gotham City, Gentleman-G Merriwether was one of the associates of the Penitente Drug Cartel.

History

During a meeting with various other allies of the cartel, Merriwether and the rest of the mob bosses were attacked by Red Hood. Merriwether and two other gangsters prepared to fight back but were quickly defeated. Merriwether was killed in the ensuing battle.

Trivia

Grant Morrison stated that Merriwether, who is dressed in an Ozwald Boateng suit, was named after the makeover show From G's to Gents.
