  • Over the past weeks, I have been having problems on both Fandom and Wikipedia. That includes being unable to upload images most of the time. Can you please upload Inertia's image from Flash 760?

I believe the one where he first attacks Barry and the latter gets surprised is good. I would like something with him alone, but there isn't anything clear. I hope there's no problem in accepting.

    • I guess I can try. Would you at least be able to tell me what proper file name should be cause honestly I look at a lot on this wiki and it confuses me a bit.

    • Nevermind. The website is running properly again for me. But I guess it will be temporary like last time. So I took the opportunity to upload the image myself. Thank you.

  • Hello, 1137a (AL).

Regarding the move related to Punchline, you did everything ok:

    • placed the move template in the article;
    • started a discussion on the Category_talk:Move

    The only problem is:

    • there was, already, a move discussion related to Punchline (both move discussions having the exact same title)

    In conclusion:

    1. I made an edit in the talk discussion, merging the two discussions, ok? (just added your opinion from the "second" discussion to the "first" discussion, and deleted the "second" discussion)
    2. So, you can see the discussion (the "first" one) is still there on the page, only a bit above of where you started the "second" discussion, and includes your opinion.

    Keep on editing :)

  • Which comics are all the panels on the TV screen in the timeless dimension from? I know the middle one where Thawne dies. Which are the other ones? Please add it in the notes.

    • I'd rather wait then before adding Jay has become a part in the current timeline. Hopefully it's soon.

    • Me too, it's just one of the many things that are yet to be determined as part of the merger between New Earth and Prime Earth following what happened in Action Comics, Doomsday Clock, and Justice League (plus when it comes to the Flash, the timeline is always changing.)

  • Hi this is regarding Flash 750. Do mentioned people really need to be separated from those actually appearing in the comic?

    • Yes it does, but Bonneville is not the one of Prime Earth. There's only Central City, so I decided it's best to remove, rather than have a separate universe for one place. If you want, I can add it back. How about I add Unknown timeline to Bonneville Salt Flats? Would you be okay with that?

    • I don't particularly mind, go ahead if you want.

  • Have you seen Yj 10? Tim Drake has a new suit and code name so change his prime earth page to his new costume and code name

    • Yes I have read Young Justice (Volume 3) #10, but heres the thing. According to the wiki's policies, Characters articles should display the most popular alias and the most recognisable look, trust me I tried to do the same thing by changing both the picutre and alias to Robin and I got blocked for a whole month, just hope the same doesn't happen to you. I didn't make these rules, I just have to follow them like everyone else.

Alright, thanks for the heads up man. That rule sounds ridiculous ngl

    • Yes. It's called "CurrentAlias", but that's a relic from the early days. It could be renamed "MostProminentAlias" or "MostRecognizableAlias". Image and alias should always match. These are mainly to not confuse readers. We can always have a picture of what he looked like last week in the appropriate section of the bio (provided you write it...) or in the gallery.

    • whilst we’re on the subject of wolverine, do you have an opinion on Wolverine’s newest daughter, Reine du Rien? I feel like she’s another example of what I’m taller about, a character who is not as popular as the character they were spun off from, but they still sound interesting to read, whether because of their relation to each other or something else.

    • No, I dont have an opinion yet. We havent seen enough of her yet, but I hope she has more to her than magic claws. It would definitely make her stick out if she was say a magician.

  • Pages should be linked to the page title, not a redirect. If you want it to say something other than the title, use a pipe.

  • Hello!

Thank you for uploading new content to the DC Database project!

We have lots of images in our database, 140,020 in fact, and in order to keep them organized we use a system of naming, categories and licensing added to each.

    1. Please review our Naming Conventions for Images. Images are categorized by name, so a descriptive name rather than a string of numbers is important.
      1. As a guide, look what other images in a character's gallery are called, and continue with the same name and number. If you upload a first image of a character, use "[Name] [Universe] 001". Do not use parentheses, or the full pagename. Ignore the Universe designation if it is a New Earth character.
      2. Issue covers should be given at least the title of the series, the volume and the number. A name similar to the issue is preferred: "Title Vol 1 1". Textless covers should be called "Title Vol 1 1 Textless". Files that do not indicate the issue number will be deleted.
    2. Images should be no less than 300px wide, unless no bigger image is available.
    3. Add the Image Template to the images you upload. This is mandatory. Fill it in as detailed here, or below.
    4. Selecting the proper license is vital to properly maintaining our images. Please choose the license which best describes the image you are uploading. The most commonly used are 'Comic Single Panel' and 'Comic Cover', respectively.
    5. Other fields that should be filled in: Issue, Subject1, Artist. Add Source if you've taken it from a different site. If you've taken it from a different site and don't know the issue, DO NOT UPLOAD IT.

For a more in-depth guide, see Help:Image Template Hub. In addition, please take a moment to review our policies page and more specifically our image policy.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask them in reply to this post and our admins will explain how you can improve for next time.
