  • Zorak doesn't need to have appearances linked here. Space Ghost only does because he's a licensed franchise.

    • Yes, an article about Zorak would be unnecessary, that's true, but at least mention his name, for the same reason we could mention policemen, bystanders, and so on. With the research, we could at least see what issue Zorak appears in.

    • I didn’t remove the appearance, just the link.

  • So, what's the exact situation between WXYZ Radio, Apex Broadcasting Company and Gotham Broadcasting Company?

    • That is not the case, Tupka. Something occurred in the DC Universe so that Obama did not become president in the same period as the real world. The presidency was primarily occupied by Suarez between 2008 and 2009. As the term of office of a president is 4 years, and Obama's 1st appearance in a DC comic book is 2011...

    • Except that DC doesn't always match real world time to in-universe time.

    1. Source things.
    2. Do not use <noinclude>.
    3. Get the English right before adding.

You seem to have a serious problem understanding these simple things.

    It is also worth noting:

    • One line history sections are not useful in any way. If you cannot give a fuller history for a character, keeping in mind #3 above, just fill the section with a non-history like this.
    • There are, in most cases, separate pages for Jason Blood and Etrigan. Be careful what you add to each.
    • When dealing with vehicles, do not use power or skill templates. The vehicle should not be included in the "Characters by Power/Skill" categories. Also, when writing up the equipment for a vehicle, remember #3 above.

    Thanks

    • 1) I had sourced. See there. 2) I used because some anterior person described a different origin to Nam-Ek, and I don't like spoil the work of other persons, even incorrect. 3) I am improving my English... You just could have warned and I would fix the sentences...

      • The article was very nude. She is Two-Face's wife, what is wrong?
      • I've consciousness that Jason Blood and Etrigan are different alter egos and have different powers; the Blood's blood is really fatal if used in transfusion. He also can blast Eldritch bolts.
      • I didn't knew about this vehicle rule. Why You don't create a virtual book with the wikia rules? I can't read your mind, friend... I am from Brazil, not from Mars.

      1. Yes, you source one poorly written paragraph. And then proceeded to add power templates without sourcing. You might, might mind you, make a case for converting the line that is there already - "Same as Superman under yellow sun, plus instant healing powers." - but it still needs to be sourced to an issue. And we've been over that ad nausium.
      2. You have been told by an Admin multiple times that that is not what that tag is for. It has no place in a character article, period. It is used when a template or article is transcluded to another page. It sounds like you are trying to make the section into a memo or remark. That is done with <!-- and -->. Honestly though, if the old text is invalid by virtue of a retcon, it van be moved to Notes and rephrased as "The original origin for the character was..."

But that really is not the case here. Here you are trying to rework something that is currently OK. What you are replacing it with is not better.
      3. I am sorry, but no. That is as much of a problem as editors having to follow you around and fix the grammar.
      4. A one line history that only includes information from the infobox is not a History section. The only affect you edit had was to take the article out of Category:Character History Needed. And you did that while leaving it in a state where it still belonged in that category. you did not help the article, you hurt it by taking it out of the one place where it should be to have a full history added.
      5. The Eldrech blast might be valid - though if it was a one off it does not need to be there. As for the unsourced Demonical (sic) Physiology, if you source it and it is as you state, Toxic Blood would be the correct term, and Toxikinesis likely a more accurate power than Unique Physiology.
      6. It is more common sense than anything else.

  • Once again: If you are going to add or alter powers source them. It is as basic as that. And as Tupka notes, this is reasonable. If you think it is excessive, you may want to reconsider how you are editing.

    Related to this:

    • If a Note is tagged with "[Citation needed]" using the template {{cn}} or {{Citation}}, a reference for the statement is needed. If you can added it, please do. If you cannot, do not remove the tag. Even if you believe the Note is blatantly obvious.
    • If you are going to add a Note that a character and/or story move to DC from another company, a citation is likely needed. If it is something from the 1940s, a that goes from "likely" to "definitely".

With that last point - Yes, DC's use and/or acquisition of characters from Fawcette, Charlton, Archie, and so on tend to be different since there are solid, commonly known sources for this. That is not the case for minor Golden Age publishers like Centaur.

    • Doctor Mystic and Doctor Occult are the same character. It is indubitable. Koth. Zator. The Seven. The costume which he used during his battle with Koth. And enough of this pointless discussion.

        Loading editor
    • No. Doctor Mystic is a retool. They're not the same. We can assume the story of Doctor Mystic fills up lacunas of Doctor Occult's stories, but he's not Doctor Occult.

Is it really that hard for you to understand that references need to be added with powers, abilities, and weakness when you add them?

You've been told this time and time again.

Please do not add those back unless you are willing and able to do it the proper way.

    • Better now?

        Loading editor
    • Yes and no.

      1. References follow the text. Not at the top.
      2. Each power gets its own reference.
        • If the same reference is going to be used for more than one point, <ref> can be replaced with <ref name=Tag>. Later uses of that reference are then placed as <ref name=Tag/>.
      3. When {{c}} is used, the issue does not go into double brackets - [[ ]]
