The Meta-Men Militia was a terrorist organization headquarted in Science City, Russia. It formed to protest the laws requiring all active metahumans to be sponsored by the Russian government.
History
Over one hundred deaths were caused by Meta-Men Militia attacks, including forty at a school in Kazan, which were mostly children. Also killed were Rocket Reds 48 and 213.
One of the Militia's operations, in the north Khovrino district of Moscow, was discovered and destroyed by Red Star.
