Synopsis for "Who Is Bruce Gordon and Why Is He Doing Those Terrible Things to Himself?"
Mona Bennett reaches out to Doc to ask for help finding Bruce, who turned into Eclipso while trying to cure himself in Germany. Mona’s father sends Bruce (now turned Eclipso) a letter detailing where he can find a really important document. The Metal Men fight Eclipso in a library, but he escapes, leaving behind the map showing where he was headed. The Metal Men follow the map to Diablo Island, where Eclipso is using an ancient tablet to summon a god named Umbra, as the beliefs of the fanatic who attacked him all those years ago hold true for Eclipso too.
