The police force of Metropolis, the home of Superman. Though the best known section is the Special Crimes Unit, they have a large body of uniformed officers as well.
History
The Shack
Located in the bowels of the Metropolis Tower Police Headquarters, the Shack is a working base for journalists assigned to ride along with the police, specifically Lupé Teresa Leocadio-Escudero and her Metropolis Special Crimes Unit. Claiming Kent had lost touch with the younger demographic, Perry White reassigned Clark to the Shack where he temporarily worked.
