History
Meyer Qayd was a Metahuman from Earth who once tried to audition for the Legion of Super-Heroes. The Mess had the power to attract matter towards his body but not expel it, leaving him with a dirty and unkept apearance. It was decided that this power would have very little use in battle and he was rejected as a potential member.
