Meridian is Mia "Maps" Mizoguchi from a possible future and ally to the Birds of Prey.

History

After the Birds of Prey's failed rescue mission for Sin Lance in the future caused the end of the world, Meridian tapped into The Green, a force which connects all plant life in the universe, and developed time travel and teleportation technology. She traveled back in time, trying and failing to improve the outcome of the battle eleven times, before realizing that the death of Barbara Gordon was a key factor in the team's loss. She helped Black Canary form the Birds' new lineup including Cassandra Cain, Big Barda, Harley Quinn, and Zealot, and excluding Barbara. Meridian joined the Birds on Themyscira and faced off against a Megaera-possessed Wonder Woman.

After the Birds' victory against Megaera, Meridian and Black Canary deduced that an unknown figure from the future using The Red was attempting to murder the Birds of Prey.
