Mister Terrific was an enemy of the Outsider.

History

Mister Terrific and his wife Missus Terrific were costumed-vigilantes before the infamous Outsider framed them and got them arrested.

Breaking out of prison, they team up with the Rising Sun in an attempt to assassinate the Outsider. However, this plan failed, and Mister Terrific was the first member killed by one of the Outsider's statue body-guards.
