Michael Holt is the CEO of HoltCorp.

History

Together with Bruce Wayne and Ted Kord, Michael set up a supercollider project in Antarctica. Their intent was to create clean, renewable energy. However, Lex Luthor got involved with the project and hijacked it for his own purpose. Luthor's men took Michael and Kord hostage, but they managed to break free and fought back against Luthor's men, alongside Booster Gold.
