History

He's a trust friend of Dick Grayson and when his son Jake Grayson was shown to start developing outlawed superpowers, Dick brought him to Michael to be scanned and tested. Holt concluded that Jake has had his powers for a little over a year and that, in less than two months, they would be impossible to contain.
