Michael Netzer (b. October 9, 1955) is a comic book artist.
Professional History
Michael Netzer is an American comic book artist. He began his career in 1976 when he drew his first cover art for Marvel Comics's Marvel Con Book. The same year he published his first work with DC: Kamandi #45. He continued to work for both companies and other publishers.
Personal History
Netzer was born in Detroit, Michigan. On his early years he moved to Lebanon to live with his father. At the age of 11 he returned to the US. He studied at Redford Highschool. He attended Wayne State University in Michigan. While settling in Israel, he studied Hebrew language and Judaism at several kibbutzim, and changed his last name to Netzer.
He currently resides in the West Bank. He married Elana Joseph and the couple have five children.
