Heat Wave Is an enemy of The Flash and member of the Legion of Doom.

History

Mick Rory was a Central City arsonist, and member of the Rogues. He later joined the Legion of Doom. He sided with Luthor in the Legion mutiny, and was one of only a handful members that survived the explosion of the ship at the hands of Darkseid.

Some time after the second Apokoliptian invasion of Earth, Heat Wave struck up a relationship with fellow Legionnaire Killer Frost.
