Heat Wave was an enemy of the Flash before Superman attempted to take control of Earth with his Regime.

History

During the fifth year of Superman's Regime, Heat Wave and the other Rogues joined Batman's Insurgency. Heat Wave and Weather Wizard were killed simultaneously on a mission to sabotage the Regime's soldiers by Bizarro's heat vision.
