Mickey "The Mink" Sullivan is the head of a small gang of assasains called "The Irish".

History

The group attempted to eliminate Harvey Dent on the orders of Carmine Falcone, but the attempt ultimately failed when Dent survived an explosion from a Nail Bomb that one of the gang members planted in Dent's own home. The assasains were arrested, and admitted to the act, but denied any relation to Falcone. Shortly after arrest, Mickey and the others were bailed out with Falcone's money. Mickey and the rest of The Irish were gunned down in a hotel by a serial killer named Holiday.
