Mikey Dowling was a carpenter who worked for Zatanna, making props for her show.
History
When Zatanna fought Brother Night during a night when she was supposed to have a show, she magically dressed up Mikey to look like her and step in for her.[1] Months later Zatanna was turned into a puppet by Oscar Hampel who planned on using her in his puppeteering show. Mikey helped rescue Zatanna by posing as Hampel's stylist.[2]
