Milton Fine (Arrowverse: Superman & Lois)

Milton Fine is a criminal scientist and hacker working for Lex Luthor.

Milton hacked into Lana Lang's security system and deactivated it, allowing Otis to break in and try to kill her.[1]

Later, Milton faked a car accident in Smallville to lure out John Henry Irons and Natalie, allowing him to access their armour. At Amanda McCoy's instructions, Milton hacked into John's computer system and took control of their warsuits. He sent Natalie's armour to attack her and Jonathan and Jordan Kent; and used John Henry's armour to kidnap him, trapping him inside.

Under Milton's control, John Henry's armour flew to Metropolis to disrupt Lois Lane's interview with Luthor. Superman intercepted the armour and battled it. John Henry encouraged his friend to not hold back or worry about him and Superman overwhelmed the armour, causing multiple system failures. Meanwhile, the Kent twins were able to destroy Natalie's armour with their heat vision. In response, Milton released John Henry from the armour and sent him falling to Earth. While Superman was saving John Henry, Milton recalled the armour to his hideout and began to modify it for Luthor's use.[2]

While working on the armour Milton found files on a "Project Doomsday", which was the DoD's attempt to track Bizarro. From the files Luthor deduced that Bizarro was in Smallville and returned to the town, ordering Milton to send the suit after him as soon as it was ready. He did so, and Luthor used the armour to travel into the Shuster mines and kill Bizarro one more time. Bizarro rampaged through Smallville and attacked Superman.[3]

Superman and John Henry killed Bizarro again and Superman destroyed him in the sun. Lois Lane tried to get Amanda to confess on a livestream and Milton cut the internet to the town to prevent it getting out. Luthor then attacked Superman, with Fine acting as Luthor's support and watching through the suit's cameras. A squad of DoD soldiers lead by John Henry broke into his lab and forced him to reactivate the network, allowing Lois to broadcast Luthor's actions to the world. Superman defeated and arrested Luthor and Milton was presumably imprisoned for his crimes.[4]
