Milton Frome (b. February 24, 1909 – d.March 21, 1989) was an American actor who portrayed various characters in three episodes of Adventures of Superman. He also portrayed Laughing Leo in two episodes of Batman and Vice Admiral Fangschliester in the 1966 Batman movie.
