Mirand'r is a Tamaranean in service to the Lords of Order and the Lords of Chaos.

She was once charged with the task of a herald of the trials, having to find a champion worthy of being a angel of retribution. After choosing Harley Quinn as a candidate and her renouncing the responsibilities, the Lords of Chaos and Order bestowed it onto Mirand'r instead for her services.

Powers

  • Tamaranean Physiology: Mirand'r belongs to a race of extra-terrestrials from the planet Tamaran, providing him with a biological advantage over humans. Tamaraneans appear almost identical to humans save for their golden skin and iridescent eyes.
    • Flight: Mirand'r is capable of flight unassisted.
    • Linguistic Assimilation: Although she has never displayed the ability, Mirand'r presumably possesses the power of linguistic assimilation like the rest of his kind. The most efficient and quickest way for a Tamaranean to assimilate a language is through lip-to-lip oral contact with a practitioner of a sought after language.
    • Solar Energy Absorption: Although never shown, it is assumed that Mirand'r, like other Tamaraneans, passively absorbs solar energy from nearby stars into his body, giving him a multitude of solar-based abilities.
    • Superhuman Strength: Although he has never displayed any feats of strength above the capabilities of a human Mirand'r presumably possesses a strength level akin to other members of his kind.
  • Divine Empowerment: As part of her role as a Galactic Angel of Retribution, the Lords of Chaos and Order empowered her with both the magic of order and chaos and made her a demigod.[1]
    • Immortality: One of the gifts of being a angel of retribution includes becoming an immortal.[1]
  • Magic: Mirand'r is seemingly capable in magic, having been able to conjure a projection of Harley Quinn's potential appearance as a chosen angel of retribution.[2]

Abilities

  • Occultism: Mirand'r is well-versed in the roles of the Lords of Order, the Lords of Chaos, the supernautral, and her former occupation as a herald of the trials. Harley Quinn pointed out that her knowledge of the responsibilities of an angel of retribution also made her an overlooked, prime candidate.[1]

Equipment

  • Angel of Retribution Armor
