Miss Murder is an enemy of Doll Man.
History
Mrs. Mara was the wife of crime boss Mike Mara, but was smarter than him. She always called him his "Little Miss Murder", and that became the name she used in her own venture.
She poisoned her husband and took over his crime empire after his death. She had no qualms killing several gang members who opposed or disappointed her, and celebrated her ascension with a large crime spree. She was a keen gadgeteer, with a rifle in her umbrella and knock-out gas in her compact - as Doll Man found out when he tried to stop her. He overpowered the gang as they were unloading a shipment of planinum furs in the docks, and got her to confess to her husband's murder to the police.
