Mister Atom is a criminal wanted in Fawcett City.

History

Mister Atom was a robot housed at S.T.A.R. Labs. He was stolen by El Lobos for Doctor Sivana, but during their meeting, the Justice League intervened and Vibe destroyed the robot. Having his pieces placed in the same police evidence locker, Mister Atom reassembled himself. He went looking for energy to absorb and made his way to Fawcett City Nuclear Power Facility. He was defeated by Mary Marvel and taken into United States Army custody.
